TIA: Teacher Incentive Allotment

To qualify for TIA funds, Goose Creek CISD is required to complete a rigorous approval process that includes developing a local designation system and rubric that will allow us to designate highly effective teachers by looking at a variety of measures of instructional excellence, including student learning and classroom observations.
